Shivani Naik, RN, BSN

Shivani Naik is a registered nurse at Saxon MD, where she specializes in aesthetic treatments designed to enhance natural features while prioritizing safety, precision, and long-term skin health. Her approach to aesthetic medicine is rooted in the belief that confidence comes from thoughtful, individualized care not from changing who a patient is, but from refining and restoring what is already there.

BACKGROUND

Education & Clinical Background

Shivani has received direct, hands-on training from Dr. Sarah Saxon, learning her meticulous approach to facial aesthetics and skin rejuvenation. Under Dr. Saxon’s mentorship, she has been trained in Sciton laser technologies, including BBL HEROic™ and HALO® laser resurfacing, as well as botulinum toxin injections with a strong emphasis on facial anatomy, dosing, and natural outcomes.
She has also completed advanced education in neurotoxins and neuromodulators through Texas Laser & Aesthetics Academy, further strengthening her injector expertise and commitment to safe, evidence-based care.

Clinical Philosophy

Shivani’s philosophy centers on enhancement, not alteration. Each treatment plan is tailored to the individual, taking into account facial structure, skin health, lifestyle, and long-term goals. She prioritizes subtle, balanced results and believes aesthetic medicine should be intentional, refined, and grounded in anatomy, not trends.

Beyond the Clinic

Outside of the clinic, Shivani has a lifelong background in dance, having trained since childhood and performed with the world-renowned Kilgore College Rangerettes. Her performance experience, including appearances at the Cotton Bowl, Dallas Cowboys halftime shows, and the St. Patrick’s Day Parade in Ireland instilled discipline, precision, and confidence that continue to inform her clinical practice. She maintains an active lifestyle through Pilates, yoga, running, and strength training, and values time spent with family.
