This a 27-year-old woman who desired hairline lowering surgery since she was self-conscious about her forehead. This is her result at 3 months. Hair starts to grow in through the incision at this time, and the incision remains slightly pink. This fades over the course of a year.

This patient is a 39-year-old woman who desired a lower hairline her entire life. She had some thinning of her hair after having a baby, but her hairline had remained in the same location as long as she could remember. She had a wear bangs to cover up her forehead, and desired forehead reduction surgery so that she could go without bangs with confidence. This result is 4 months after surgery.
