Facial Plastic Surgery Dallas, TX

About

Serving Dallas, Fort Worth, North Texas, Oklahoma, Arkansas, and Louisiana

Choosing a facial plastic surgeon isn’t simply about finding someone close to home. It’s about finding the surgeon whose experience, techniques, and aesthetic philosophy align with your goals. At Saxon MD Facial Plastic Surgery, many of our Dallas-area patients choose to travel to Austin for surgery because they value a practice devoted exclusively to facial plastic surgery while appreciating the convenience of having consultations and many postoperative visits closer to home.

Our Dallas office is open for scheduled clinic days twice each month, when Dr. Sarah Saxon and members of the Saxon MD team travel from Austin to provide consultations and postoperative care. The office is located in the historic Meadows Building at Energy Square, providing a convenient location for patients throughout North Texas as well as those traveling from Oklahoma, Arkansas, and Louisiana. With easy access to both Dallas Love Field and DFW International Airport, the office has become an important part of our practice, allowing patients to begin—and often continue—their journey without making every visit to Austin.

Bringing Austin Expertise Back to Dallas

Before opening my private practice, Dr. Saxon spent several years in Dallas as a facial plastic surgeon and faculty member at UT Southwestern Medical Center. Dallas is where she refined many of the surgical principles that continue to guide her practice today, and it remains an important part of her professional story.

Although her surgical practice is now based in Austin, maintaining a Dallas office allows her to continue caring for patients throughout North Texas while offering the same individualized approach that has become the foundation of Saxon MD Facial Plastic Surgery.

Many of our patients appreciate being able to meet with her in Dallas for their consultation before traveling to Austin for surgery. Afterward, many routine follow-up appointments can also be completed in Dallas, reducing the amount of travel during recovery.

Dallas Consultations with the Same Austin Team

While our flagship practice and surgical facility are located in Austin, our team travels to Dallas two days each month to provide consultations and postoperative care for patients throughout North Texas.

Rather than dividing our time equally between two offices, we’ve chosen to keep every surgical procedures in Austin, where we work with the same experienced operating room team and perform surgery in the same accredited facility every time. During our scheduled Dallas clinic days, Dr. Sarah Saxon and members of the Saxon MD team travel together to see patients, allowing us to provide the same personalized experience while making care more convenient for those who live in North Texas or surrounding states.

Many patients begin their journey with a consultation in Dallas, travel to Austin for surgery, and return to Dallas for many of their postoperative appointments. This approach allows us to combine the consistency of a single surgical center with the convenience of two locations.

A Landmark in Dallas History

Our office is located in the iconic Meadows Building at Energy Square, one of Dallas’ most recognizable examples of mid-century modern architecture.

Completed in 1955 as the headquarters of General American Oil Company, the Meadows Building was the first high-rise office tower built outside of downtown Dallas. It helped shape the city’s expansion northward and remains a Dallas landmark today. Following a thoughtful restoration, the building continues to blend timeless architecture with modern amenities, creating an elegant and welcoming setting for patient consultations.

Its central location also makes it exceptionally convenient. Whether you’re driving from across the Metroplex or flying in from another state, the office is easy to reach without navigating downtown congestion.

Easier Travel for Out-of-State Patients

One advantage of our Dallas location is its accessibility for patients traveling from outside Texas.

Dallas Love Field and DFW International Airport offer hundreds of nonstop flights each day, making travel significantly easier for many of our patients than flying into smaller regional airports. Some patients choose to have their initial consultation in Dallas before scheduling surgery in Austin, while others return to Dallas for postoperative appointments because it offers more convenient flight options.

Our team coordinates appointments carefully to minimize travel whenever possible, allowing patients to focus on recovery rather than logistics.

Why Patients Travel to Austin for Surgery

Every surgical procedure is performed at our accredited surgical facility in Austin.

This is a deliberate decision.

Rather than splitting surgeries between multiple operating locations, we have chosen to perform every procedure with the same experienced surgical team, specialized equipment, and carefully refined protocols. That consistency allows us to provide the same high standard of care to every patient while maintaining an environment designed specifically for facial plastic surgery.

For many patients, making one trip to Austin for surgery is a small tradeoff for knowing that every aspect of their experience has been carefully designed around facial procedures.

A Practice Dedicated Exclusively to the Face

Unlike many cosmetic surgery practices, Saxon MD focuses exclusively on facial plastic surgery.

Patients from throughout North Texas seek our expertise for procedures including deep plane facelift surgery, structural neck lift, rhinoplasty, brow lift, lip lift, eyelid surgery, facial fat transfer, hairline lowering, brow bone reduction, orbital rim contouring, and facial balancing procedures.

Many individuals who travel to our practice are looking for natural results that preserve facial character while restoring a refreshed, balanced appearance. Every treatment plan is tailored to the individual rather than following a one-size-fits-all approach.
